1. Measure understanding of the supply chain and its challenges

This sheet deals with the supply chain for a product, but can be transposed perfectly to the supply chain for a service. What's more, the product supply chain increasingly includes service components (commissioning, training, after-sales service, etc.) which are naturally integrated into the chain in the same way as physical operations.

In the remainder of this document, the term "supply chain" will be used in preference to "chaîne logistique", simply because it is more universal, and more likely to appeal to and change people's mentalities.

Ask the question: "What does the term supply chain evoke for you?"
