6. Pedagogical applications

What conclusions about pedagogical applications can be drawn from this description of the technical invention process? What kinds of devices are best suited to fostering this process? Two main types of device, which we will examine in this section, can be used to encourage creativity among the members of an organization: management devices, on the one hand, and training devices, on the other.

Note :

The ideas presented in this section are hypotheses based on the interpretation of the results presented in the previous sections, and not on direct observation. Of the inventors interviewed, only eight described the emergence of an idea in relation to their salaried professional activity. To our knowledge, only one of them described the emergence of an idea in the context of an innovation management system.
