4. Assign a score to each selection criterion

We also propose to use a maturity scale for each of the twenty-three selection criteria, synthesizing two dimensions:

The first dimension enables the expert to measure the presence of a piece of evidence in the innovation feasibility file (Does a piece of evidence meet the selection criterion?) and to assign an initial score of between 0 and 3 (A score);

The second dimension enables the expert to measure, once the piece of evidence has been provided, its level of potential (Is this evidence useful and creates value for the innovation project presented?). The expert assigns a second score between 0 and 3 (B score).
