The selection grid is organized to read the evidence of utility and innovation value in the first stage, then to read the evidence of feasibility and profitability value in the second. These proofs are expressed through evidence elements. These elements of proof (or selection criteria), when complete, enable you to formulate and write a robust innovation feasibility dossier presenting your business plan and business model.
