1. Organize the selection of innovation projects using a selection procedure and four types of evidence

Based on the principles of the Radical Innovation Design® methodology developed and taught at École Centrale Paris (see Yannou and Zimmer, 2011), we suggest you use a selection grid to measure the sufficient evidence of value, innovation and concept (or feasibility) of an innovation project, whatever its level of maturity or target market. This selection grid is an integral part of the Sapige® method [FIC 0909] ( see Zimmer, 2012 [a]).
