Once the priorities have been established, it's a question of organizing ourselves in the best possible way to manage such diverse explorations. In concrete terms, what kind of organization is needed to explore these new territories?
The R&D department often focuses on the core market, above all on more fundamental technologies and research topics. In most cases, the technical and technological dimensions are the dominant ones.
The "operating" structures of companies are generally not suited to conducting exploration missions where we work on both technical maturity and market maturity in a short loop.
