3. Encouraging ideation

Ideation is the act of generating ideas. There are many ways to generate ideas. Let's break this stage down into two phases. The first is sourcing, to generate as many ideas as possible, and the second is idea selection, to make an initial selection.

3.1 Sourcing ideas

Ideas can sometimes be born in the morning in front of the mirror, or elsewhere... Each and every one of us, depending on our experience, our desire and our level of curiosity, can have one or more potential business ideas. It's a source to be tapped and encouraged.

But it's also possible to provoke this generation by using several methods. These consist of brainstorming exercises involving several people.
