5.1 Feed your funnel with ideas

Exploratory ventures are by definition very risky. Many ideas will not be converted into tangible, sustainable business. So you need to make sure there's a substantial inflow if you don't want to end up with a deserted incubation or acceleration zone.

5.2 Protect new ideas

As you well know, when someone expresses a different idea, the criticism doesn't take long to arrive. We're all familiar with the "It'll never work" or "We can't do it" or even "We tried it...
