6.1 Wait until you have precise information before making an economic analysis

When it comes to innovation projects, it's often difficult to assess financial data at a very early stage. Estimates, orders of magnitude and various analogies are therefore used to establish "centered" values. For example, in the case of innovative technologies, there are no known references for estimating R&D expenditure: in this case, internal references are used.
