 INTRODUCTION

Changing the mindset or developing a culture of innovation means deploying a range of measures at all levels of the company's hierarchy.

To foster a taste for innovation in your company, you need to change the mindset of individuals and teams, by learning new routines and sharing common values.

The levers for disseminating a culture of innovation also involve the creation and appropriation of new organizational modes aimed at boosting performance: involvement processes, incentive and recognition schemes for individuals and their teams, and the creation of innovation leaders.
