4. Development of recommendations

This fourth step allows you to develop recommendations (or a list of best practices) to achieve objectives, avoid temptations, and eliminate fears. Recommendations are defined for each key topic in small groups or with all stakeholders. All recommendations are then validated by all stakeholders or by a steering committee established before the PAT Miroir® method is applied.

These recommendations are of three types; PAT Miroir® establishes and transforms them:

  • The dangers: what precautions should be taken?

  • Objectives: what resources should be deployed?

  • Values: what ethical rules should be implemented?
