1. Rephrase the problem

The first step is to reformulate the problem stated by the client with all stakeholders involved during a brainstorming session led by a certified facilitator and assisted by PAT Miroir® software. This first step includes four micro-actions:

1.1 Redefining the purpose of the problem in a participatory manner

What is the problem we are trying to solve? Have we defined the problem correctly? Does everyone feel included in the problem as it is defined?

This step allows all participants to express their understanding of the purpose of the PAT Miroir® session.

Comparing everyone's goals allows us to form a consortium and integrate the whole into a collective goal. PAT Miroir® allows us to transform individual representations...
