1. Choosing your clustering engine
There are many different engines available on the Internet. These are generally specific. Most process data from Web queries. However, some engines are specific to a given source, but in this case they are rarely accessible free of charge and require a subscription.
This gives access to more powerful functions. The examples presented in this datasheet are based on clusters available free of charge. Currently, the two most widely used freeware engines are Carrot2 and Lingo 3G.
Search topic: Paint allergy. Cluster selected: Lead. Web links are shown on the left of the figure. In this case, the search is performed on the Web, but it can also be performed on Pubmed (Medline). Searches can be carried out in different languages, both in terms of the question asked and the answers obtained.
