Don't hesitate to apply the "value mindset" to any type of decision:

• through three questions: What's it for? What does it cost? Change what?

• by directly involving the stakeholders concerned in a constructive dialogue;

• while limiting the resources used to the relevant moments.

The method and tools are designed to facilitate the implementation of these common-sense principles: don't hesitate to adapt them, and to use other methods that share the same "value" and "system" reasoning. Collaborate with a facilitator experienced in this mode of reasoning.
