2. Identify the contribution of each stakeholder group

Each stakeholder group is analyzed to highlight their contribution and the form it takes. The points of attention are as follows.

  • What must guide our thinking is the value perceived by each target, and what each target expects in return. This analysis must be meticulous.

  • We need to rethink the role of each identified target, and not hesitate to change existing paradigms.

  • Some targets may be both contributors and beneficiaries. It is therefore not advisable to think in terms of overall compensation.

  • Some targets can contribute without paying. A target that brings a valuable asset can be just as important as one that brings financial resources.

  • We need to keep a sharp eye on the risks associated with changes...
