If ISO/CEI 17025 tolerates non-conformities, it is only in the spirit of continuous improvement. Non-conforming work is not allowed if it is declared. They are tolerated if their consequences are under control, and if we act on their causes to prevent their recurrence.
This is an essential point in the management of non-conformities, which must be regularly communicated to staff to avoid any drift.
