INTRODUCTION
There are at least two reasons why continuing training is useful, if not indispensable, whatever the profession. The first is that technologies evolve, and every five years at least, you have to "learn what's new". The second is linked to the fact that company employees change activity, either within the same company or by moving to another. In both situations, further training is the ideal solution. But there may also be other reasons. The practice of metrology also requires, for the reasons given above, ongoing training for operators and managers.
