4. What are the application risks?

4.1 Update or review all existing documentation

A version change does not require the company to review all existing documentation. Just because the chapters of the standard have been modified, it doesn't mean that all the company's documentation has to evolve. Above all, the documentation system reflects the company's own operations, and is not built with the sole aim of meeting ISO 9001 requirements. If your documentation system (all the company's documented information) is operational, and the process approach is pragmatic, then you will only need to make minor adaptations to your documentation.
