INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this sheet is to present the various elements, practices and tools used to assess the performance of a quality management system. Performance measurement is a fundamental part of ISO 9001, and the word "performance" appears for the first time in this version of the standard. It is interesting to note that the word "performance" is used 30 times, demonstrating the desire to integrate this notion explicitly into quality management systems, even though its content and level are specific to each company.
