SCILAB is a free computational software package for engineers and scientists. It is available under GPL license at https://www.scilab.org/. Here are some instructions for dealing with the problem of observing a linear system with constant coefficients.

syslin[systL] = syslin(dom,A,B,C [ ,D])

defines a linear state system where dom is "c" for continuous and "d" for discrete.

lin[A,B,C,D] = lin(systNL,x0,u0) or [systL] = lin(systNL,x0,u0)...
