5.1 Overall penetrant system performance
Verification of overall penetrant system performance is carried out using reference parts such as :
type 2 of ISO 3452-3 standard;
reference test panel with known defects, such as the PSM-5 ® panel (figure 6 );
any other part with known discontinuities.
