2. Environmental strategy: definition
Environmental strategy is the set of guidelines defined by a company in order, on the one hand, to respond to the internal and/or external pressures to which it is subject and/or, on the other hand, to anticipate changes in the competitive environment, regulations and demand.
This definition implies the existence of several possible environmental strategies for the same company. But adopting one environmental strategy rather than another is not just the result of a deliberate choice.
