6. A public/private governance proposal for digital urban mobility

In this context, it is not surprising that, despite the availability of mobility information, there are no real economically autonomous private multimodal travel information services in Europe or worldwide . The availability of public data will not change the economic situation for this type of service, which is not currently financed by users, given its intrinsic weakness: partial and geographically discontinuous service, little real time available, in the best case a juxtaposition of transport modes, but no combination of modes.
