5. How do you deal with an accident?

When an accident occurs, your obligations vary depending on the type of facility you operate.

5.1 Your plant is not classified

You are under no particular legal obligation to the authorities, but it is advisable to keep a record of your efforts so that, in the event of a dispute, you can establish the nature and date of your interventions to reduce or eliminate the impact of the accident.
