2. Analyze your inspection report
This step will enable you to ensure that the report submitted by your inspection body is complete, and to check all the non-conformities highlighted in order to put in place a corrective action plan.
2.1 Check the contents of the periodic inspection report
When you receive your report from your periodic inspection body, it's important to make sure that all the required information is included. Indeed, the absence of certain elements may pose a problem with regard to the obligation to periodically inspect your installations. This may be the case, for example, if the installations inspected are not identified, or if the results for certain requirements are not provided.
