1. Read the minimum contents of the inspection report
The content of the report is not precisely determined by regulation, but the accreditation program for periodic inspection of certain classified facilities subject to declaration established by the French Accreditation Committee (COFRAC) sets the minimum content.
1.1 Regulatory context
The inspection report must indicate the decree of general requirements on the basis of which the periodic inspection is carried out, while specifying the conditions of application, in particular the date of application to new and existing installations, and the exclusion of periodic inspection for declared installations included in a facility subject to authorization.
