What are the admissibility criteria for a "fauna-flora" impact study?

Regulations define the framework of an impact study (articles L. 110-1 and L. 122-1 of Code de l’environnement and associated regulations). This study must include the following documents:

  • complete fauna-flora study with a map detailing the fauna and flora surveys carried out ;

  • conclusions on Natura 2000 impacts ;

  • 1:25,000 scale map of the study perimeter and its justification ;

  • 1:25,000 scale site location map showing ZNIEFF, ZICO, APB, ZPS, ZSC... ;

  • 1:25,000-scale land-use map...
