5. Our advice

5.1 Take a detailed inventory of your activities each year and compare them with the nomenclature of classified installations.

You need to be as exhaustive as possible in your inventory of activities and products. Based on this precise inventory, scan each heading of the nomenclature of classified installations to see what is classified and what is not.

Repeat this survey every year to check :

• if the operation is not concerned by a new ICPE heading;

• that the volumes of activities and/or products used or stored do not exceed the thresholds for declaration with periodic inspection;
