4. Take the administrative steps involved in the declaration and periodic inspection system

The declaration file with periodic inspection is identical to the declaration file.

The operator is responsible for compiling this file before commissioning the plant (see Compiling a declaration file with periodic inspection [FIC 0208] ).

The CERFA n° 15271 02 form is completed by the operator.

Documents must be attached to the form, such as: cadastral site plan within a radius of one hundred meters, updated site plan at a scale of at least 1/200, building permit application.
