Prefectoral decree

Administrative act concerning an enforceable decision of general or individual scope issued by the prefect, imposing the execution of a certain number of prescriptions.

Operator

Individual or legal entity holding (or applying for) an authorization to operate. A person submitting an application for authorization to operate (DAE) is also commonly known as a petitioner.

Draft prescriptions

Draft prefectoral decree likely to be subject to modifications by various stakeholders, to whom it will be presented before being signed by the prefect.
