7.1 Don't deliberately limit your activity levels

This is the case even if we have to remain below the quantitative declaration thresholds.

When setting up a business, it is tempting to voluntarily limit the level of activities, products or equipment in order to avoid being classified under the regulations governing classified facilities, and thus benefit from limited environmental constraints.

However, right-sizing your activities can quickly prove difficult if, in the short or medium term, changes are made necessary by economic conditions.

As a result, administrative and operational regularizations are often required for existing operating conditions that are difficult to change or adapt.
