5. What is compensation for inexcusable fault?

The compensation is said to be complementary to the lump-sum compensation provided by Book 4 of Code de la Sécurité sociale .

Book 4 of the Code de la Sécurité sociale website stipulates that the victim of an accident at work or an occupational disease is entitled to the payment of temporary benefits and to the coverage of his permanent loss of earnings resulting from his accident at work, under the same conditions as those applicable to illness.
