6. How much does it cost the company?

  • All benefits paid under the lump-sum compensation scheme for accidents at work or occupational illnesses are charged to the company's individual account and are used to calculate its industrial accident contribution rate.

  • On the other hand, if the company is insured, the insurance company will cover the compensation paid in the event of recognition of the employer's inexcusable fault.

  • It is the primary health insurance fund that advances all damages to the victim and recovers the amounts directly from the company or its insurer.
