At this stage of the study, several risk analysis methods can be used (individually or in combination) at the level of the geographical or functional zones that have been characterized. These defined zones are a division of the site based either on a functional level (equipment/products involved in one of the site's processes or activities) or on a geographical level (different buildings or activity zones on the site).
