3. Understanding the BSD circuit: who fills it in? At what point?

The BSD follows the waste from the moment it is collected from the producer until it is completely disposed of.

3.1 On removal of waste

As a waste producer, you must issue the BSD.

There are two possible scenarios:

  • Shipped waste will not be repackaged or stored. In addition, there will be no multimodal transport. In this case, you issue only the main page of the BSD.

  • The waste will have to be repackaged, stored or transported by several service providers. In this case, you issue the main page as well as the page named "suite" of the BSD.

Please fill in boxes 1 to 7 and 9. The carrier fills in box 8.
