1. Who is concerned? When must it be issued?

Your waste inventory, which you have already drawn up (see Drawing up a waste inventory [FIC 0784] ), has enabled you to identify one or more categories of hazardous waste.

In this case, article R. 541-45 of Code de l’environnement stipulates that the producer of hazardous waste, when handing it over to a third party, must issue a BSD.

This BSD accompanies the waste to its final destination....
