1. Understanding the declaration with periodic inspection system

The declaration regime with periodic inspection is virtually identical to the ICPE classification regime. In fact, the administrative procedure for creating an ICPE is the same as for a declaration. However, the difference lies in the obligation to have a periodic inspection of your facilities carried out by an approved body. The purpose of this periodic inspection is to ensure compliance with certain regulatory and technical requirements defined in the decree of general requirements applicable to your facilities.
