 INTRODUCTION

The periodic inspection of classified installations subject to declaration is designed to improve the application of rules relating to the prevention of risks of accidents, pollution and various nuisances. Only certain categories of facilities subject to declaration are subject to this inspection.

How do you know if your installations are due for periodic inspection?

Picto outil Tool

At present, periodic inspection has been introduced for 43 headings in the nomenclature of classified installations (Tool Nomenclature of classified installations for environmental protection ), but this number may change in line with risk prevention objectives. You should therefore refer to the nomenclature to check whether your facilities are concerned.
