1. List classified facilities

By taking into account the radius of posting when requesting a DAE, it is possible to determine the communes for which :

• on the one hand, the public will have to be informed of the opening of a public inquiry during which it will be called upon to express its views;

• on the other hand, the opinions of municipal councils will have to be sought on the DAE project.

Display radii related to ICPE nomenclature headings must be taken into account when compiling DAE files, as well as during the review period.

Outside these periods, the regulations do not stipulate any steps to be taken by the operator of the facility concerned.

For all categories, these radii can be 0.5 km, 1 km, 2 km, 3 km, 4 km, 5 km and 6 km.
