INTRODUCTION
The "radius d'affichage", expressed in km, set by the regulations and concerning each heading of the nomenclature of classified installations for the protection of the environment (ICPE) subject to the authorization regime, starts from the limits of the installation concerned, and determines a minimum perimeter making it possible to list the communes likely to be affected by the risks and inconveniences of which the installation which is the subject of a dossier d'application d'autorisation d'exploiter (DAE) can be the source.
