4. Industrial wastewater discharge conditions
The Order of February 2, 1998 (replacing the repealed Orders of March 1 er 1993 and April 25, 1995) is the regulatory reference applicable to the vast majority of classified facilities subject to authorization.
It should be noted, however, that certain industrial activities are not covered, as they are regulated by other decrees. These include surface treatment (decree of September 26, 1985), the glass industry (decree of May 14, 1993), the paper industry (decree of January 6, 1994) and cement works (decree of May 3, 1993).
