INTRODUCTION
The arrêté du 2 février 1998 , or more commonly referred to as the "integrated decree", sets out the general framework of technical provisions governing the operating and development conditions of a classified facility subject to prefectoral authorization. It serves as the basis for drafting prefectoral operating authorization orders.
