3. Identify the obligations defined in the RSD
As an industrial operator, many of the obligations defined in the RSD do not apply to you. The main points to check on your site are the provisions concerning :
waste management (see section 4 of the RSD);
noise and vibration management (see section 5 of the RSD).
It is important to remember that the RSD should not define regulatory constraints other than those contained in the environmental regulations by theme.
