4.1 Implement an energy management policy without waiting for your BF to expire

Analyzing energy use over the past ten-year period means that you need to keep regular track of your energy consumption, as well as changes in management, distribution, etc. It will be difficult to wait ten years before taking stock. So anticipate your operating review. Energy management has not only a regulatory objective, but also an economic one, given the current context (dwindling natural resources, rising cost of kW...).
