On entering the room, the operator often feels as though he's in court.

Alone in front of 25 people, he's not only impressed but also put in a position of inferiority, so to speak, since he has to introduce himself without knowing who he's dealing with. Members don't always introduce themselves before asking a question, and the names and departments or structures they represent are not always clearly visible.

When he leaves the room, he doesn't yet know whether his requests will be taken into consideration.

To help overcome these handicaps, his contribution to the CoDERST meeting will be all the more valuable if he can :

  • show that he has a very good knowledge of his file and its weak points;
