On entering the room, the operator often feels as though he's in court.
Alone in front of 25 people, he's not only impressed but also put in a position of inferiority, so to speak, since he has to introduce himself without knowing who he's dealing with. Members don't always introduce themselves before asking a question, and the names and departments or structures they represent are not always clearly visible.
When he leaves the room, he doesn't yet know whether his requests will be taken into consideration.
