INTRODUCTION
You have been invited to the CoDERST meeting where you presented your observations in defense of your project. You are awaiting its response to find out whether your requests for modifications have been taken into account.
Like all the other parties involved in the authorization application procedure (DAE), CoDERST only issues an opinion, which the Prefect is not obliged to follow.
What action can you take if you have not been heard or if you feel you are unable to comply with certain requirements?
In the weeks following the CoDERST meeting, you will receive the draft prefectoral order (arrêté préfectoral - AP) ruling on your file and specifying the proposed requirements.
In concrete terms, this is the last phase of the procedure, during which you can try to have the inspector of classified installations for environmental protection (ICPE) make changes to the AP project.
To obtain satisfaction, your request must be justified.
