Risk assessment

Diagnosis of pollution sources and exposure conditions for site users or neighbors, to assess whether or not the use observed is compatible with the level of pollution measured in the various physical media (water, soil, air).

Damage

Harm caused to someone, damage to their health, property or morale.

Liability

Obligation to answer for damage before the courts and to assume the administrative, civil and penal consequences.
