2. Identify the plan that applies to you

Please refer to the ICPE nomenclature heading under which the activity or facility is classified for information on the different classification regimes applicable to the project.

The ICPE nomenclature takes the form of a table with four columns:

  • 1 re column: heading number ;

  • 2nd column: heading designation (substance or activity) ;

  • 3rd column: classification system (Declaration: D, Declaration with periodic inspection: DC, Authorization: A) ;

  • 4th column: radius of the public inquiry. For facilities subject to authorization and authorization with easement, a posting radius is indicated. This is the minimum posting radius in kilometers around the facility that must be...
