4. Mistakes to avoid

4.1 Don't underestimate the volumes, quantities or surfaces involved.

It may be tempting to underestimate the volumes, quantities or surface areas involved in order to stay just below a threshold corresponding to a more demanding classification regime.

However, this situation can quickly become difficult, even dangerous, if it doesn't correspond to the reality of your development needs. You could end up exceeding the classification threshold declared to, or registered or authorized by, the prefectural authorities, and find yourself in an irregular situation.
