How is the DAE appraised?

Seven copies of the authorization application must be sent to the Prefect.

If the proposed facility falls under the Seveso regime, the prefect informs the mayor of the municipality(ies) where the facility is located, as well as the applicant. The mayor is informed that it is his or her responsibility, if he or she sees fit, to request that easements be imposed.
